We want you to love your Kaldora cookware. If something isn't right, our return process is simple and fair.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Seasoned or used cookware cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived defective.

How to Start a Return

• Email contact_kaldora@outlook.com with your order details.
• Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions.
• Ship the item back using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
